Recover unsaved files in Sublime Text

Open %APPDATA%\Sublime Text 3\Local in a folder and open the Session.sublime_session file in a text editor. If you're lucky, extract the save data without additional hassle (may need to reformat).

    Awesome! This worked for me. All of the open files were saved together. Each open file was saved as a single string. It was hard to find the deleted file in the mess. I did have to change the \n to newlines.
