SolidWorks Pack and Go for not messing up references

To access Pack and Go:
In SOLIDWORKS, click File > Pack and Go.
In Windows Explorer or SOLIDWORKS Task Pane File Explorer, right-click a SOLIDWORKS document and select SOLIDWORKS > Pack and Go .
In SOLIDWORKS Explorer, select a SOLIDWORKS document and choose SOLIDWORKS Pack and Go .

Files that are embedded (Design Journal, for example) are part of the document and are included without being listed in the Pack and Go dialog box.

Dual screen on VirtualBox

1. Power off your virtual machine if it's on.
2. From the main VirtualBox window, select your VM and choose “Settings”.
3. Choose “Display”.
4. Below “Video Memory” is “Monitor Count”. Slide it to 2, and adjust your video memory if VirtualBox complains.
5. Start your guest and perform the standard "Extend the desktop onto this display". This will be different per guest OS. (Guest Additions need to be installed.)
6. A second "Oracle VM VirtualBox" window will appear with the second display. You can resize it however you want.

You may need to enable the second monitor by going to [view] -> [monitor 2] -> [enable].

How do I set my Mailman list to never hold anything for moderator approval?

Implicit destination / Too many recipients

Mail which is bcc'ed to the list (or is sent to another list which has your list as a member), or has a large number of recipients, will be held. When Mailman holds a message like this for moderator approval, the reason is "Message has implicit destination" or "Too many recipients to the message". To turn these off:

1. Go to Privacy Options > Recipient Filters.
2. Change the setting for "Must posts have list named in destination (to, cc) field (or be among the acceptable alias names, specified below)?" to No
3. Change the setting for "Ceiling on acceptable number of recipients for a posting" to 0.

SolidWorks Features defined in the context of another assembly

Problem: "This part has features defined in the context of another assembly. <file name>. you can edit the part, but cannot create any external references to the components of the current assembly."

1) If you want to free the parts from old assy then go to individual parts & edit them to remove all the external reference( to another assy).

OR

2)  Just click the check mark so that u can have multiple context.
     Toos==>options==>system options==.External Reference

Check off 'Allow multiple contexts for parts when editing in assembly'.

Rotating Sketch Entities in Solidworks

To rotate sketch entities:
In sketch mode click Rotate Entities  Tool_Rotate_Entities_Sketch.gif (Sketch toolbar) or Tools > Sketch Tools > Rotate.
In the PropertyManager, under Entities to Rotate:
Select sketch entities for Sketch item or annotations.
Select Keep relations to maintain relations between sketch entities. When cleared, relations are broken only between selected entities and those that are not selected; relations among the selected entities are maintained.
Under Parameters:
Sketch Type Instructions for modifying parameters
2D Sketch
3D Sketch On Plane
Click Base Point (Rotate Point Defined) to set a Base point Base_point_Move_Copy.gif, and then click in the graphics area to set the Center of rotation.
Set a value for Angle PM_angle.gif.
3D Sketch To rotate the entities using the 3D triad, select a ring and drag.
